Really great storage building; I never had any problems at all in the over 2 years I used this place. It was very clean and I liked that it was climate controlled. I also enjoyed that it’s 24 hours so I could go at night if I needed. Their price is unbeatable for the quality of the units. I actually had to make a couple late payments but it worked out really well with no problems. We just moved,so I needed to get my stuff out,but if I need to use storage again for any reason, I’m choosing this business.

I started to really admire the 24 hr self-storage facility business because the well lit, and tasteful green ecologically matched lights put me in the right mood to experience storing items. The business is run by highly friendly and competant people My draw to the place is the 24 hr storage. I notice that I experienced a satisfactory standard there. It became personally gratifying experience because i made my trip there a time to enjoy the scenery of the countryside traveling to and from there. I also stopped at the diner and for gasoline.

Customer service has always been pleasant and available. The grounds are clean and i felt safe every time I been in there even at night. Highly recommend if you need storage!

Beware of this place!!!!! 5x5 that used to be 44 for storage unit and 9 dollars for insurance. It’s now more than tripled in prices for the SMALLEST unit. They bought this place out and now it’s over 115-130 dollars for the storage unit. If you’re late on your payment they double to triple what you normally pay. We were late and our 115-130 payment went to over 300 dollars due to the late fee being over 100 and other fees they are “adding” to it. They cut our lock that we bought with the previous company that was around 20 dollars and opened our storage unit and just threw the lock they cut inside of our unit instead of putting their lock beside ours because we were late. The managers do not want to do their job and they are scamming people. I do not recommend this place. By far worst experience that we have ever had with a storage unit. If they say a manager will call you back, they never do. They keep jacking prices up and don’t have a clear explanation for why the prices keep increasing. They say it’s because of inflation but really they are scamming people and I feel pocketing most of the money. The place isn’t clean at all. But yet you pay a massive “cleaning” fee. I don’t have anything good to say about this place or the people that run it. They have no respect for anyone or their property. They are only there to collect payments. They will not let you access the portal so that you can see what you’re paying for. Told them we couldn’t get into the portal and all they say is there is nothing they can do. They say they mail out invoices which we never received. At some point everything will come to the light and this place will be shut down.

They have put on an additional $17 monthly fee. One of these fees is the facility maintenance fee. That fee is $2.99. This location has 2 buildings, 296 total units paying that fee monthly= $885.04. I have been sending requests to clean the entrance and floors since December(it is currently March ). You can not get through the door without running into spider webs. The floors are so filthy that if you accidentally drop something or need to push something in, you will plow all the dirt and dead bugs to your unit.

RENTER BEWARE! Another review, after over a week of having our “insurance” fee waived because we provided proof of our own policy, Mini Mall Storage only makes promises to get back with us, and then never does. The last representative that we spoke with told us to wait until we hear back about our updated monthly fee before we paid our bill. For a third time now, no one will contact us back about removing the company’s applied insurance policy and is still asking us to pay the full amount. They will not answer the phone when called, and are extremely slow to respond to anything. Absolutely pathetic customer service, although in their response to my last review, they claim to provide the best service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This business, as well as its 5-star reviews, used to be named 24/7 Self Storage. Around one year or so ago, it was purchased by the dreaded Mini Mall that it is today. At the time of purchase my price went from $42/mo to nearly $90/mo. I have done business with storage facilities all over the State of Tennessee and I have to say that this company is the worst that I’ve ever done business with. Price gouging and massive insurance fees and late fees (after receiving no invoice as I did with the former owners every month) are required, I would recommend any other storage business at this point. Mini Mall has only made it as difficult as possible to do business with them anymore. Pathetic.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
