Was in need of a place to store our stuff preparing for a move. We were hooked up with an 8x20 Sea Can within minutes and for an amazing price. Containers are clean as is the facility and it’s safe and secure as it’s gated. We also love knowing that we can access our container 24/7 and can come and go as we please. Just adds a little peace of mind while we await the keys for our new place knowing that our contents are safe and secure while we wait. Thanks for the great experience Melanie! Much appreciated. We highly recommend this place.

The rent is a bit high for the area… but I’ve had nothing but great things to say about the service I’ve received from Melanie. Very responsive and proactive in dealing with issues I’ve had. Although my visit there was short lived, I would definitely rent from here again just from the positive experience I’ve had with their staff. Hard to find a storage unit with good responsable staff!

Marlene, at 827 Mountjoy St S, was so kind and accommodating, a pleasure to talk with and extremely helpful. After having an apartment fall through and need of immediate storage space, she found me the perfect spot to store my things while I could get settled and find new housing. She made my day after having such a bad one. I would 100% recommend this storage facility. Best in Timmins!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS College student son stored dorm room items for the summer to come 10 hours south home to work. Got an email in early July saying locker had no lock and to come check it out. Can't because 10 hours away. Update Monday - They called son today and will review footage and call him back. Hoping it isn't a long wait but glad they made contact. Update Friday - There have been a few calls and emails back and forth. It seems the unit was rented to my son without him being shown, just told what number to put his stuff in. The locker pics sent to us are not his contents. Guessing husband and son will both have to take a day off work (lost wages for both) to drive from Cambridge to Timmins (8+ hours each way) to confirm which locker he had and whether his stuff is still there. It is VERY hard to reach anyone at the actual site. Cibi has been responsive but very hard to contact. Son is sending photos with the location he stored at marked on Google Maps and hopefully Cibi is able to locate the locker with son's lock on it. We were also told he doesn't have insurance on the unit, however he was never offered insurance, there is no contract, everything was done via telephone for setting up the rental. Will keep updating. Still just really hoping that this is a big mix up but I am concerned that between mid April and the end of July nobody noticed that the locker my son supposedly was assigned had no lock on it. Really hoping his stuff is just in a different location and that someone mixed something up along the way. Update: it has been over two weeks and still no answers. Son signed up over the phone. Arrived on site and gates were open. Went to what he thought was his unit and started storing his stuff. There was never anyone working on site, and the gates were always open. Son sent photos, over a week ago, of where he put his stuff and has asked for photos of locks in that area to confirm his stuff is safe and locked and has received no response at all. We live over 8 hours away and the fuel and missed time from work is going to cost us significantly. Do not recommend anyone store anything with this company. To top it off they are saying he doesn't have insurance... He was never offered insurance. He was told $114 a month and yet somehow it keeps coming in at $184 a month. Something is VERY fishy here. Not trustworthy, impossible to contact... Ideal would be a Zoom (or whatever else) video call from an employee walking down the aisles so son can be assured his items are there. School starts in three weeks and we have no idea if his stuff is missing or not. Update: Weeks later, still no answers as to whether the stuff is there or not. Son suspects they wrote down a different unit than he was told to occupy. In the end we will know in two weeks when he goes back to school, but it is going to really suck if everything he needs for school is gone. Update: over a month and still not resolved. They "forget" for weeks, they say they will send you info and it isn't sent. One way or the other we should know this weekend because our child goes back to school. If his items are gone the storage company better be prepared to furnish his dorm room and pay for the missing items needed for college this fall. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. UPDATE: AND NOW IT SEEMS EVERYTHING IS GONE. THE LOCKER HAS NO LOCK. OUR STUDENT IS MISSING EVERYTHING AND IT TOOK MONTHS FOR THE STORAGE PLACE TO EVEN SORT THAT OUT. THEY RENTED THE LOCKER WITHOUT PAPERWORK, COMPLETELY OVER THE PHONE, NO DISCUSSION OF INSURANCE, NOT OFFERED OR MENTIONED. KID TOLD RO USE LOCKER 13 SO FOUND 13 AND USED IT. ABSOLUTELY BEYOND LIVID. HAVE TO NOW REBUY A WHOLE DORM ROOM OF STUFF, CHANGE LONG WEEKEND PLANS, MAKE A TEN HOUR TRIP NORTH, TRY TO RENT A TRAILER, COSR OF GAS AND ACCOMODATIONS. THEY BETTER FREAKING COME GOOD ON THIS LOSS. ABSOLUTE SCAM OF AN OPERATION. APPARENTLY NOBODY WAS WORKING THERE FOR MAY AND JUNE. WHERE IS OUR CHILD'S STUFF????

Son has items stored here while he is home for the summer. We live 8+ hours away. At 5pm on Friday they emailed to say no lock was on the unit and they put one on and to visit as soon as possible. We live 8+ hours away so it isn't possible to visit like that. Not answering phones or emails. Kid is very upset (as are we). No further details in email so we have no idea if all his dorm room stuff and school stuff is gone. I will update the review as needed but extremely unimpressed. Their cameras better show what went on and all the stuff better be there or they will pay to replace what is gone and reimburse costs. Update - Saturday son was redirected through their phone system to a call center. Call center employee said they would request someone at the location review camera footage and then call him. Worse company ever all they are is money hungry. Every few months they up their units. My unit has gone from 80.00 to 175 in the matter of less then a year. If i had somewhere else to store my stuff i would totally pull out and I have one of the smallest units there. Not heated or anything. And they only give you 1 month notice they are upping their prices. Store somewhere else if you need to store your stuff they are beyond ridiculous with the amount they charge. At this rate I'm going to have to move into the damn unit

Putting my review back up. The people managing accounts aren't securing your credit card info. They were billing my account to someone else's credit card. They constantly make clerical errors. I make my payment and then that same Day I have an invoice, late payment and asking for my payment. Emails, texts every day for 4 days straight after I've made a payment. I emailed the customer service to show I made a payment I was accused of fabricating a fake screen shot. I threatened to pull my things from storage, mr. Konstantinos Georgopoulos, I assume the owner sent me a letter to sign saying I wish to vacate instead of trying to correct his employee. I took down my negative review last time, I won't be. Stay away from this company. Lawyers called. Poor business practices with insecure financial info storage. Check your credit card statements. Zero stars wasn't an option. Lock me out sir, I dare you.

If I had extra money I wouldn't have my stuff in storage. Try to explain it to them but they don't care. Then they call you 3 times, send 5 emails with fees attached to it that shouldn't even be there. They just hope you don't notice and pay so they get the extra money. Only NEWER accounts with 1 review ever have left this place 5 stars. Can't wait until either another storage facility opens up or I can finally pull my stuff away from this place. 0 stars if I could.

A 10 x20 storage unit is around the size of a single car garage. We recommend this size for more significant self-storage needs, like freeing up space to stage your home, during a remodel or in between moves.

A 10×10 is about half the size of a standard garage. With the capacity to hold a king-sized bed, larger bedroom furniture, and oh-so-many boxes, the options for this unit are expansive.

A 5×5 is about the size of a walk in closet. While it’s small enough to easily manage household clutter, seasonal decor, and boxes, it’s also great for appliances, small furniture, and odd shapes like camping gear or sports equipment. Think of it like a walk-in closet that isn’t attached to your bedroom.

To rent a storage unit with Mini Mall Storage, you’ll need a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID.

We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date. Alternatively, we offer tenants coverage through our Mini Mall Storage Protection Plan. Speak to your Storage Concierge Specialist to learn more.
