We had a great experience with the front staff. She took the time to find us the unit that would work best for our needs, was very transparent and honest about pricing - which we greatly appreciated, and took us to see the units we were wanting to compare. While we were out she was even careful to pick up any scraps out in the lot. You can tell she takes pride in her property/lot. I feel that picking up any bits left in the lot also helps protect customers tires as they come in and out.

Our experience was very helpful. Personnel are very friendly and helpful. We were given a tour of the facilities and had a chance to look at the unit we would be renting. The unit was very clean and spacious. We were renting the unit for our daughter and our questions were all answered concerning the size needed for her furniture. We were pleased with our experience, and we would recommend this storage facility to everyone.
