Question: Can promotions be applied to any storage unit type at any time?
Answer: At least one promotion is generally available for all storage unit types. However, the availability may vary based on occupancy levels and demand for specific storage unit types. If the unit you are interested in does not qualify, we will be happy to help you find another unit that does.
Question: What if I sign up in the middle of the month? Do promotions start immediately or apply to my first full month?
Answer: Our billing cycle is every 4 weeks, so all promotions begin when the unit is rented and last for the stated duration. For instance, if you rent on the 20th of the month, you would still get the next 4 weeks free with our First Month Free promotion.
Question: Are there any hidden fees or additional costs with promotions?
Answer: No, there are no hidden fees. Our promotions will apply their stated discounts. However, it does not include the Protection Plan and any other applicable fees, such as the activation fee. These will be clearly outlined before you sign the rental agreement.
