Complete rip off once they went corporate! Originally local owned AAA Storage. My rates almost doubled since the take over of almost every storage facility in Enterprise. Four increases within the past year. They wouldn’t prorate my departure, but when I signed for it at a prorated rate under the previous ownership, I was told my departure would be prorated. They will not give veterans military discounts, only active duty. Look at their ridiculously priced insurance rates, which I did not use, I provided my own from my homeowners policy. They only give you only two options, pay their rip off price at like $27, obtain your own through either your homeowners policy or outsourcing ($5-6), or you can just opt out of rental insurance all together (Alabama law), which they wont tell you or act like its not an option. You should also look at their Yelp reviews, lol! Lastly, I’m sure I’m going to get their same BS response they gave everyone else about the economic impact they’re having… piss off!!!

Recurring monthly fees are as follows : $6 admin fee, $2 carbon recovery fee, $7 facility management fee, $4 payment processing fee. I was advertised $85 rent per month. Total I expected - $85 (as advertised) Total out the door ~ $120 (around 140% more) Update: still trying to renegotiate down to originally advertised price.

Rates keep increasing. They just now added the following: Administration Fee - $6.99 Payment Processing - $3.99 Carbon Recovery Fee - $2.99 Facility Mgmt Fee - $2.99 This is on top of the rates that have increased nearly every year under the old management. I've had a unit for several years, originally priced at $88. I'm now paying close to $160. Who knows what the next increase will be, and it's not like the service is getting any better. I will be moving out of my unit the next time I'm down South.
