Absolutely amazing experience getting a 10x10 unit with Mini Mall Storage. I first went online to reserve a unit, and a couple days later Joe texted me to check in when id be coming to finalize everything, i went down that day and was greeted by Andrew who already knew i was coming thanks to Joe passing on the information. Signed a few papers quickly and was all good to go! He explained everything and was incredibly friendly. I received a 50% off promotion for my first 2 months, which is incredible. The storage unit is so easy to access and nice high ceilings so i could stack my bins well. Highly recommend this place and the people who manage it!

I have had the best experience here from easy set-up to some of the hardest working people FOR the customer. It was super nice of Steve to give me a deal on a lock but then go over the top and take the time to scour the cameras to fix a mistake that I had made. I have been a customer of Mini Mall Storage for almost 10 years before checking out of my unit last month because I did not require it anymore. In my time with Mini Mall Storage I have always found the staff and ownership to be helpful and accommodating no matter what the circumstances were. Over the last few years, ownership has initiated many upgrades in security, building maintenance and customer service. I would highly recommend Mini Mall Storage to anyone in need of storage.

At first, I was not too happy with “extra fees” (monthly insurance and such), but they broke down the cost of everything for me, offered me everything I may need (mattress cover, lock, etc), walked me through the process of the unit to make sure I understood everything, no complaints so far! Steven was at the front helping me out and was pleasant :)

From the end of July, 2022 to the end of April, 2023: I rented a 10' x 10' x 30' storage unit. This was required, as I moved my personal belongings from BC to here (I was planning to relocate to Calgary, and looked like a sure-thing). Unfortunately, my townhouse renovations were delayed and the real estate listing prices in BC dropped dramatically. It was no longer feasible for me to relocate, as I would also have to dealt with a payout on my existing mortgage. Anyhow, life moves on. The staff (Carmela) were great to deal with. The location was convenient and reasonably priced (SE part of Calgary). Very clean and maintained.

Very friendly staff and clean units for rent highly recommended at an affordable price. Keep up the good work!!!

This place was very clean even though I was there during winter time. The unit I got was just right for the things I needed stored for the being. The price for this unit was the right price. The staff member was very helpful and very kind allowing my son and I to stand inside while we wait for the Uber to come. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It’s an alright place. Never had trouble with mini mall store. I’ve always been able to access my locker. The only thing that has been a negative there’s been a couple of prices hike in the last year or so.

It was fine, but definitely need to do something about the ice in your lot. Salt or gravel,or both would be much more helpful then risking falling. Thankyou.

Charging me $4 to tap my debit card. $22/month for insurance? Really? Shop around, get a fixed payment plan. They just keep increasing every month. Then you try and talk to someone - the staff says i can only email. Ive sent 3, no reply yet. No phone number. No service. Staff is really ignorant in trying to help.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. About 2 months after storing my stuff here, I noticed there was a mice problem in my unit. I informed the staff about it right away. It’s been 6 months of me trying to get it dealt with, and all they’ve done is set 3 snap traps, and have only checked them once in 3 months. I’m at the facility daily. Not to mention all of the theft that happens from here. There was one time I noticed that some lockers were broken into around 6 in the morning. I went back at 11 that night, and literally had to walk the security guard over and point out everything that was blatantly obvious that made it a break and enter/theft. They don’t care about your stuff, or about their customers. DONT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. There’s been so many break ins in the 9 months I’ve been here, and they just got part of the fence rebuilt. They have decoy cameras so they can’t even catch the people responsible… highly do not recommend this place.

They may have one of the best prices for storage, but they are far from the best place to store stuff. Snow removal and lot maintenance is very poor on their lot. I have seen many times, where customers have left debris on the ground, and it was never cleaned up by staff. I recently got a nail in my tire, and I assume it is from their lot. The snow removal during the winter was limited to just in front of the lockers, which was shoveled into the middle. Which in turn created very icy conditions on their lot, and they did not put down gravel for the safety of their customers. I slipped on the ice and fell to the ground, almost smashing my head on my vehicle and the pavement, and I sprained my ankle. When I brought this up to the company, and the manager, I was met with no response, at all!! I still have not got a response from the manager or the company. I lost 2 days wages due to the accident caused by the poorly managed lot. I do not suggest storing your stuff at this place! Poor lot maintenance and poor customer service!
