Talking with them made the process of renting and deciding on a storage unit way less stressful and in a timely manner; The company’s website is easy to use and emails are secure. I was furthermore impressed with the cleanliness of the storage unit itself and was glad to receive a personable follow up call from a representative from the store a week or two later to see how things were going. The physical location can be difficult to access at first, but they give tou keys to the gate and it is otherwise well maintained. Late fees are more than the rent, so dont be late. Customer service was absolutely phenomenal though. I had a billing issue and Joseph made it a priority to help me get to the bottom of it and resolve the issue.
