I recently closed 3 of the 4 storage units and the lady assured me it was still on auto pay now im getting delinquent notices and no access to my unit and cant get through to anyone to pay. I suggest getting better phone service. Returning customer calls promptly and checking autopay system something's not working right there. Nice facility for storage. We got a climate controlled storage unit. The process was easy. It was a little more expensive than we thought because of the insurance that was added on to our rental agreement. The people working there were friendly and informative. There were times when the entire storage building was locked and we didn't have access to our storage unit. The manager disappeared for for more than 7 days, and there was no one to take my payments for over 3 months. During this time I was harassed with emails stating that I was delinquent, and my access code was locked out of the system. While trying to pay during this time the phone would go unanswered, I would be on hold for more than 20 minutes and would then be disconnected. This would happen on average of 4 times before the problem was solved. Since the new manager arrived things have gotten better, but some things still take more than one call to settle.

Before these became Mini Mall I was paying $70 a month for the SMALLEST unit....Since Mini Mall the monthly price has gone up at least 4 times...I finally was able to get my stuff out after the price went up over $130 for the SMALLEST unit! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a storage facility. No one can keep their stories straight about monthly prorates or refunds. Was told by 3 people (even have an email to prove one) that we would receive a refund for the remainder of the month in which we moved out. Now, 2 months later, no refund and told today they don't do that. Was given the Regional Managers phone number and what do you know, no answer. Just like the multiple phones calls I have made in the past 3 months. I DO NOT recommend using this company.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
