When we arrived in the middle of the afternoon there was no company personnel there. A dark green truck pulled out (who looked scared that we were there) while we were trying to figure out a gate code that the saleswoman never mentioned via the text or phone call we had which I promptly presented and can still. After we had unloaded quite a few things after slipping into the gate a car showed up to the office with some lady who later presented herself as a company employee. ( now seeing she didn’t sign the card she brought out to us! Ha!) She then tried to belittle me in front of my dad by only addressing him about the rules of her lockers even though I am the customer and these are my things like I’m a child? With an attitude that we did something wrong by coming to bring my things to the locker we were at least charged for? She then informed me that they would be taking back their lock and just brought a completely unprofessional and negative vibe to the entire experience like we had done something wrong to her? After reading the review of the individual with things stolen and the fact that the employee was “running a quick errand” tells you that it’s common practice. Now that I’m a customer I am attempting to get ahold of anyone from this company and of course, to no avail. I would highly advise you reading this review to choose another storage company some where else.

If you have high cost valuables or collectibles that require storage, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT bring them to these facilities! Shortly after moving to Salina, everything I owned was stolen from one of these units on South 9th Street. It has become increasingly obvious that the 2 facility managers t that location either stole it themselves or were directly involved! I was NOT alerted when the unit I rented was robbed (the facility managers pretended to think I had a different unit), the facility managers used a terrible excuse of leaving the secured access gate open "to run quick errands since South 9th Street is the main office" (which makes absolutely no sense at all), and "coincidentally" none of the cameras were pointed at the pilfered unit! Way too many "coincidences"! Needless to say I am taking them to court to let a judge hear the nonsense that these people seem to think will absolve them. If you have valuables to be stored, DO NOT store them there! You've been warned.

I have basically been FORCED to continue paying for this unit every month because I can’t even get into the gate to get to my things! We have been given excuses of “technical difficulties”, given bogus codes on several occasions, every time I’ve entered any code they’ve given me it says “Please see manager”. NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MY CALLS. NOBODY. I sat on the phone with your tech support line for 30 minutes as the kind woman on the line also sent several emails, called the office repeatedly, she said her boss couldn’t seem to get ahold of anyone either!! Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
