I called to get some estimates of what it would cost to rent a storage unit and spoke with Stephanie who was super helpful and pleasant to work with and after spending a good couple of hours on the phone getting quotes it certainly made a difference! I had a change in my needs so I didn't end up moving forward with any of the companies I spoke with, but if I still needed a storage unit KO would be a top contender because of that interaction.
