This is a bittersweet review for me, my mom had 2 storage units that I wasn’t aware of until I checked her phone and noticed all of the miscalls from the company, my mom had passed away in January and we were trying to get everything in order so at first I just thought they were spam calls, so I ignored them until they just kelp coming, so I decided to call back and to find out she had 2 storage units with them. The storage units were about to go up for auction however after hear of my mom passing, mini mall storage was amazing to me, they let me purchase the units at a low price and I was able to get all of my mom’s stuff. It did take me months to go through everything and I didn’t mind the extra payments that I had to make in order to keep her stuff safe until I was able to get everything. If you are looking for a place to store your items and looking for a place that actually does not see you as just money in their pockets, go for mini mall storage!! They are amazing!! I will be forever grateful to y’all! Thank you so much!!?

It was a relatively smooth experience to reserve my storage unit on-line. I assumed was there would be an office on site to do the contract and payment but unfortunately there is not so make sure you take care of that prior to arriving in site. My unit was not swept out prior to me arriving so if that is important to you I would recommend bringing a broom, just in case and also bug spray.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
