Have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. Had my account set up on auto-pay. They said they mailed a letter stating the increase back in August. I did not receive this letter. They have my email on file, so I would think an email notification would have been a better method of letting me know about the changes. For 2 months, they have been charging my debit card with this increase without my consent. Crooks. They lost a customer, I will vacate this establishment by December 26, 2024, before they rob me again ??

Purchased a storage rental on Friday 2/2/24 and immediately started putting my belongings into it. Could not access it over the weekend 2/3/24 and 2/4/24 because my access code was denied and unknown, and main office was closed. I tried calling emergency number over the weekend with no answer and had to go purchase another storage unit because I had to be completely moved out of my rental home by 2/5/24 and turn keys in. On 2/5/24 I went over to the office and was told someone would reach out in a couple of days about the situation. I received a call on 2/10/24 and was told I’d get a call back and as of 2/19/24 I’m still waiting on that call. You’d think they would rectify the situation as this was no fault of my own but subsequently I had to spend an additional $117 on another unit. Also when I went into the office I was told since I already had things in the storage unit “that changes everything.”

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators. 

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
