Convenient location and easy to access, even after hours. I liked that we could drive our car right up to the unit to load and unload our stuff. This was a perfect place to store things for a few months while we slowly moved between provinces. Management was very friendly.

I have a professional office at Mini Mall Storage strip mall in Saint John, N.B. and have just started my 11th. year as a tenant. I love where my office is and how easy the access is for my clients. It is also handy to my home which is a big plus. The Mini Mall staff are all wonderful to deal with. There is office space available if you are looking, you should check it out. No better person than Rico who looks after the complex, we are so blessed to have him here.

I had a unit through the Saint John location and all though I only had it a short time , I was very please with the service I received.The unit was clean and secure. Jacqueline at the Golden Grove location was very courteous,she answered all my questions very friendly and made me feel very safe with using a storage unit which I had never done before. Would definitely recommend them.

This place is amazing, they offer storage and also a uhaul dealer , I've rented from other places but none will ever compare to how great this one is

Store somewhere else if you can. The walls are gyproc, so the entire place is a moisture magnet without being constructed in the swampland of Glen Falls. There are water marks on the gyproc and the smell is, shall we say, 'musty.' The supposed 10 x 25 unit is more like 9.5 x 23. That's significant and represents a lost opportunity to stack boxes on a back wall when you have an entire household to store. Should I mention the mouse droppings in every corner? I tried to call in to complain BEFORE I put my stuff in, but kept getting a call center in TEXAS ... that's right, TEXAS. In case anyone intends to flame me for my review, I can tell you that I have another unit by the same group in a different location, and it has the standard metal walls, and at 9.5 x almost 20' the price is significantly lower. So for this second unit, I'm paying a lot more for three more feet, a disgusting smell, and a load of mouse droppings. The rating of two stars is because the ability to call up, get a second unit so quickly and sign/pay for it by phone and online is SUPER convenient ... I just shouldn't have imagined that the two different locations were the same quality. THEY'RE NOT.

Terrible management, has a bad rat problem. Insurance through them will not cover the rat damage. A bunch of scammers.

I have used mini mall storage in Saint John on golden grove road for a year and a half to store all my belongings. When I was getting ready to move into my new home and went to my storage unit rats destroyed everything I owned. Rat feces everywhere, belongings shredded. The roof of the unit wide open. Holes in 2 couches rat urine puddles on my belongings. Was insured for 5000$ and paid almost 5000$ in storage fees (260$ a month) and they will not do anything for me. Spoke to a higher up and no one is helpful. I was offered 500$. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!! Poor service and company not willing to help

Rats bit, peed and pooped all over my items. Not recommended!

Never use these guys. They quoted me 55 a month then when i went to pay tried to charge me 131 per month. This place is an absolute scam

I cannot believe it’s so easy for them to take your money but it’s so hard to get a hold of them to cancel and get your money back. 1 star for a very bad service. I will post an update if I get my full refund back apparently after 30-45 business days (money for which I did not even use - storage fee + admin fee + insurance + taxes).

Do not rent a unit from them! It is the worst customer service. I got a quote and details over the phone and then they sent me electronic forms to sign. Pretty much the only truthful thing from that quote was that it was a large drive up unit. The 'pro-rated with 10 day notice of vacating' didn't happen. The rate changed from what they said. It took almost two weeks to get a copy of the paperwork I signed. No one was ever in the local office. When you call, you get transferred to either head office in Ontario or the office in Moncton. The toll free number on the gate 'is no longer in service'. The gate malfunctions and open and closes randomly. Head office in Ontario told me that most of what I had even in emails from Mini Mall Storage hadn't even been uploaded to the file so they had no record of it. It has been a total nightmare and I keep getting passed around and a different story. I'm finally out of there but had to pay for the full month even with more than a 10 day notice and only used 9 days out of the month. Stay away from this disorganized and dishonest storage company!

Absolutely by far the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life. Don’t rent from them- you will never be able to get ahold of them if you need to. Tried for 6months to get ahold of management over a matter of them charging late fees that were not valid, as my rent was never once late & had receipts as proof. No one could ever pick up the phone to deal with the mistake on their part, couldn’t answer my emails, or return a voicemail. Instead they send texts threatening to auction your things. Ended up taking all my stuff out & cancelling. Awful management.

Make sure you put more fuel in than there actually was when you rent a u-haul. 7months after the date I recieved a email form collection services charging me $82. Was good thing I read my email the company never had the decency to contact me and address the fact which If I was wrong would have gladly paid. But truck was fueled up. Anyways long rant check your emails and credit reports I will not be using U-haul services again.

Moisture and mice ruined a lot of my girlfriend's stuff. Operating hours are also just guidelines. I drove across town to drop off my keys, arrived at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. They claim to be open until 2 pm but nobody was there. Upset with the rodents and moisture damage and the fact nobody was there after I drove 20 minutes to square up, I called a left a voicemail saying as much. A couple days later a woman returns my call telling me she "didn't care for my tone", saying something about her daughter being sick and her working 60 hours a week and insinuating that I had no business even asking about it. She didn't care for my tone? I really didn't care for hers either. Really blown away at how this place operates. You'd be better off leaving your stuff outside over the winter and saving the money. If you must have a storage locker, spend a little more to go someplace more professional.
