I've been a customer at Minimall Storage on Price Street for around 5 years now, and I'm currently on my third size upgrade. The service here has been consistently excellent, with no issues whatsoever. The staff are not only friendly but also incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions I have. I'm not sure why It has taken me this long to write a review, but I have nothing but great things to say about mini mall storage. I have had various unit sizes here for 2 years now, and the staff is extremely helpful as well. Manas and Francisco are both absolutely down to earth positive people, any issues I need, they are dealt with 100% of the time.

Great service. Perfect place to store our motor bike. Thanks for being so accommodating. It’s a bonus to be able to access the bike anytime.

The service provided by Mini Mall Storage was beyond my expectations. Fair pricing, quick service and friendly. Move in was smooth. Locker was clean and dry. Move out was incredibly well done. I had a particular situation where they accommodated my need without question or concern. They communicated clearly and all documentation was easy to understand. I'd definitely use them again.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Unfortunately my gate code was not working for the entire weekend I was trying to move in. While it did cause us a great deal of frustration, the staff working remotely were always able to help, and were always reachable. We even called one gentleman by the name of Paul well into the night and he still picked up the phone and opened the gate for us. Normally I would take off a star or two for the frustration but the staff were awesome and did everything they could to get around the issue until it was able to be fixed the following Monday.

I have never rented a storage locker before and wasn't really sure of my needs or the process. I was greeted and helped by Joanie, who went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. She took the time to show me around, answer all my questions, make sure everything was right, and that I got the best deal. It is nice to feel that my business is appreciated and that there is always help available if I have further questions or needs.

Love working with Minimall! Joanie and Mehdi are so kind and friendly. Their units are clean, dry and accessible. So thankful for them!

I just love this storage. It is cold outside but it is so nice and warm in this storage. I have a lot of work to do inside with ,y boxes. The only thing I have a problem with is the padlock . It took me half an hour to lock my storage last time. Please do something about it. The holes are hard to get together and get the padlock through the holes. Thank you

The worst manager I've ever dealt with evicted us for no reason I've attached his notice after one month of eviction and then 3 days ago send us a personal email. Asking for his payment. As we had the money we were going to pay them online and when we called him he told us it was an automated message email and to disregard it which was bull because it was sent directly from him not automated from the mini mall storage. So not only is he arrogant and horrible to to deal with as we did nothing wrong. We were moving everything into a storage locker and had our bikes outside the storage locker for a matter of a few hours and he yelled at us. I he also yelled at us a few other times because we were working on our bikes and we were there too long. Now I'm not sure but I think I paid for them the month as if your advertisement states we get one fun month free. Which is completely a sales tactic to get people in because we never received a free month free at all. And in addition to that we've had he's allowed dogs. He allowed people there at all hours staying there for the night. We've noticed multiple other things going on there, but we were the ones who were picked out. Also, he told us we weren't allowed to use the washroom in the office we were moving. I think he is completely racist and and I would personally tell anyone to never ever rent from anyone to never ever go to mini mall storage + to the company owner, I personally will make this my mission to publicly advertise how horrible your services also this manager yell at my at me for having my sister there helping us move out stuff and that it was taking to long 4 hours ....

3 things I considered before writing this review: 1) Second month was advertised as free. I was charged full price for month 2. When I inquired, they said they would credit me on the next month. The problem is that I was done renting at that point (only about 10 days left) because of reason 2. They then decided that we were not getting a refund at all for our second month. 2) The storage was not as secured as believed. There was a break in and thousands of dollars of items were stolen (multiple storage units as well). Only minimal tools were required. When I realized my storage had been broken into on a Saturday afternoon, I called and was told that someone would be over on Monday during business hours. They had no plan or intention to go secure the premises on the weekend after a major series of break ins. This left me having to get my valuables (what was left of them) out on Saturday, and hope that burglars did not return until Monday for the less valuable objects. 3) I found a list of all renters and their information just laying around the ground on a clipboard, outside of business hours. So they were also not protecting people's information. It featured people's first and last name, payment dates, pricing plan (different prices for most people), and unlock codes for vacant units. Tried to return the list on 3 separate occasions, during business hours, but no one was in the office. We lost some things which are non-replaceable and we are really disappointed in the way things were run there.

Avoid this place. They consistently raise prices. And the fees! They love tacking on hidden fees.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!! Receptionist is a liar!! We got a promotional unit (buy 1 month get one free) and we got charged on the month we were supposed to get free. Now the lady said it wasn't a promotion when we specifically said we wanted a unit with that price. They're still advertising it as such on their website. Buyer beware. I also got the credit card changed on file and it was never changed.

DO NOT PUT YOUR BELONGINGS HERE!!!! Storage units get broken into, cannot get ahold of the owner, cops always here. We just got the unit on Tuesday (didn't even have the unit for a week) and our unit which was locked got broken into with tons missing. Cannot get ahold of the owner, and have talked to a couple people around and they said it always happens and owners do not do anything and are not helpfull which is exactly what we're running into. Don't store your stuff here unless you really don't care about it. Storage was under my boyfriends name, we've called and left numerous messages its almost been a week and no call back this company is the worst do not rent anything from them. They should be shut down....security cameras don't even look at the unit...ours was in back and camera is pointing to words so thieft is not on camera....starting to think the owner is just shaddy and just wants money considering they can't even call back a customer who's been calling nonstop as their stuff was stolen out of unit....this place is not secure . There's a reason it's so cheap. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else
