I am a new RV owner and things did not go as planned trying to park at my house. I actually spoke with Brady late in the evening and he was the BEST! He understood I needed to get it somewhere that night. Brady even provided me a code to access the storage immediately because my personal code would not allow me access until the next day. Unfortunately, the spot he wanted me to park in didn't work because I can’t back this thing up and turn at the same time. I parked my new RV in one of the empty spots and called Brady back this morning to let him know what happened. He was wonderful again, told me the spot I parked in was available and he would just change the information for me. Brady made a harrowing experience much better than it initially started out.

Rick has been exceptional in his customer service relations. I have contacted him twice outside of business hours and he has assisted me in resolving the problem. Rick did not get frustrated or upset with me even though the second call I made was due my mistake. Rick drove to the Parkersburg location to assist with getting the door open and came within 10 minutes. I would recommend this storage facility because of the cleanliness & price but many storage facilities are competitive. I recommend this location because of Rick's ability to resolve problems/conflict while maintaining a great, understanding attitude!
