I saw serious signs of soil damage and the road behind the storage unit leads to what appears to have unusual excavation that is a safety concern. Currently, the Google Map image shows image of a underground tank being dug up from the ground in a significant operation. My daughter is a student at Marietta College and we stored a portion of her belongings here so we didn’t have to take them back and forth since we live over an hour away. Got a call that our storage unit did not have a lock on it when the employees did a check on units. (We had placed a lock on it). Employees put a lock on the unit until we could get there the next day. My daughter’s belongings were ransacked and things were broken. A window air conditioner was stolen. Notified the storage unit employee and basically was told nothing much could be done. No one physically available on site to help. Was given the wrong code on “their” lock when we arrived and had to get the right code. Difficult to get ahold of employees. Items in my daughter’s storage unit that were not hers.
