You can tell these people take pride in what they do. The units are immaculate, and the prices are so reasonable. I was extremely worried about security, but the facility has 24 hour surveillance and gates as well. I rented a unit online because I was relocating from South Carolina. I opted for a 3 month special of $67 per month. My 3 months' bills have been $150+, $130+, and $130+. I'm being charged the regular rate of $80-something per month. I argued this at the facility and the guy told me they have nothing to do with what's posted online. He also told me to brace myself because the rates go up every few months and they have no control over that. My question is, if they don't control that locally, who the hell decided to charge me a rate 30% higher than what I agreed to online? Not to mention, the first 2 months the gate was standing open when I'm paying this ridiculous amount of rent for a "gated, secured" unit. When I confronted him about that, he told me the position of that gate didn't affect the security of my unit one way or the other. To which I replied, that doesn't matter. It was a selling point online that ultimately persuaded me to rent from your company. I am extremely dissatisfied with this place but unfortunately I don't have the resources to move my belongings elsewhere. I very much got the impression that their attitude is, give me your money or get your stuff out. I feel that my concerns with the rent amount discrepancy and the fact that I was paying more than I would at other places for an unsecured unit, fell on deaf ears. To say the very least, I felt dismissed.

Helping my parents move out of the house they sold recently and the other storage unit we intended to use fell through. We were able to rent a unit here in Marietta but when we tried to put the code in to get through the gate we were denied. We have called, emailed, and tried to reach out to get help multiple times but cannot catch a live worker for the life of us. Now we have a uhaul full of furniture and no way to get into the gate to unload it and will be forced to pay a fine for a late uhaul return. Hopefully we hear back from someone soon.
