Mini Mall Storage has certainly passed my expectations!! Craig was extremely polite and welcoming. He was very patient and helped us understand all the policies. He cleared all of our hesitations and concerns. He also gave us a tour of the storage and gave helpful advice on getting one. I had an awesome experience.

I just rented a storage unit from Mini Mall Storage in Hawkesbury and what a seemless experience. Angela was amazing and answered all my questions. She was very helpful and so friendly. The customer service was exceptional. Christopher is very professional and friendly. He gave us all the information we needed and answered all our questions with patient and kindness. The unit can be accessed 24h which is really awesome. They have an app to open the gate wirelessly that’s another plus point. Highly recommend!

Only issue is the disconnect between the advertised pricing on the website and what you actually pay. Website will say it’s one price that’s actually good which hooks you in but when you rent the unit Mini Mall adds numerous additional fees. There was never anyone at the location to talk to. Everytime I called it look forever to get ahold of someone or I got disconnected. When I first tried to access the lot, I was having trouble with my code at the gate (the code I was given didn't work). No one on the phone knew how to help me. The sign out at the gate is inconveniently located and you must get out of your car to open the gate. I also didn't know where the keypad was to get out of the lot. Thankfully another person was there to show me (not an employee tho). Once I signed up for automatic monthly billing, my payment went up 10 Or so Dollars per month. I do not recommend this place. It was clean however.

I'm not impressed at all. The first month rent we paid it all the and we have been charged for an entire month when we are moving our stuff on the second I would say these people are litteraly stealing from their customer. What they put my gf through today is disgusting! The amount of anxiety and stressed she has been under today is inhumane! Our storage was locked! They had her card # My gf cancelled within 14 days and she shouldn't of paid for a FULL month! Mini Mall Storage i won't recomend them to anyone at all. Im a salesman and I can say i see tons of people in a day I wont recommend them I will say how they are my gf works in a bank she will do the same. I'm disgusted by their behavior and how disorganized this place is! No organization nothing! First month we moved there they told gf it was a free month wasnt The girl said to my gf she didnt need a lock there was one there There was none The code didnt have the right one ... There is no consistency with who said what they are all saying different things. Not impressed at all! Not professional I won't recommend.

We have been under a lot of stress lately. I have called and the CSR showed no compassion,empathy or respect towards my situation. Im a first time customers i see a lot of people in a day as I work at the federal level i won't recommend this place at all. Worst CSR we have ever received. Miscommunication and CSR are not professional either their knowledge in regards to these rental units are 0 stars.

The hours of operation of the warehousing services are far too short. Access to the warehouses closes at 4:00 p.m.! Before Covi19 it was at 5:00 p.m. In addition, access closes at 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and full closure on Sundays. It doesn't leave a lot of time to have access to our things. It would be high time for the business to revert to opening until 5:00 p.m., otherwise I will be choosing a warehouse elsewhere when it comes time to renew.
