I’m so glad I decided to store my important belongings with Mini Mall Storage in Cornwall. I appreciated the fact that was able to speak to someone in person and not by telephone. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and she took the time to explain all the details regarding the charges in renting the storage unit. Everything is kept very clean and bright and I highly recommend Mini Mall Storage as an excellent place to store your belongings.

I missed the part of the contract asking for 10 days notice prior to ending the contract. I was hoping for some leniency. I know a contract is a a contract. We called to see why, forgetting he put the lock back on. They tell us that that's why. Instead of just giving us a call and being honest good business owners. You tell me you checked for 4 days in a row,then take out another payment, knowing we had given you proper notice you could have given us a quick call. Simple and easy. Check your cameras you knew we had moved out. Very sneaky and dishonest way to do business. That money was donated to us because we were homeless due to a flood and we lost everything. That money was to help me get beds for my children. Never will I ever do business with Cornwall mini mall storage again or recommend them. Just terrible, feeling robbed.

PLUS insurance k that's new, but I can understand it. Plus a facility fee. What? Yes a facility fee. When asked about that I was told it's an environmental fee, carbon fee plus it's a fee to help with any of my storage "Needs'" while renting storage"answer questions and things like that plus to help pay for the facility. None of this was mentioned on the web site of course so that incredible web rate of $176 per month is actually over $250 per month. 1 star

Dealing with this company has been an exhausting and costly experience. We lost $20,000 worth of our inventory to them. Both our attempts to settle terms and make payment lead to terms being changed moments before payment was scheduled to go through, effectively jumping up the cost to us by 4x or more. This sudden change caused us to halt the payment, and as a result the situation was never resolved and we lost our vehicles. To their credit, there were very patient with us while we tried to resolve the situation, but in the end, they refused to adhere to their own terms, and so it was just delaying the inevitable.

These guys screwed me over hard. I assume it's a one-person show over there, because if the lady I talked to had a boss, they should know that she is losing business and costing them money. I assume that Angela owns the place, because only an owner could operate so irrationally against the interests of their own business. I rented from them for almost 5 years, and then my payments lapsed because of a cascading tragedy in my life. I was given a deadline to pay the past due and late fees. On the day of the deadline they wouldn't take my payment. They delayed my payment and then changed their story several times, ultimately set me up to have a call-in race against other tow companies to recoup my own property, which they refused to continue storing even with all debt paid off---- then I was told I had till the end of the day to arrange a tow... then I was told that they had already called companies to tow my vehicles off. The story kept changing all month long leading up to this, the "auction" that never happened... etc... No rational response was accepted, and that tells me that there was another agenda going on behind the scenes. I entrusted them with two extremely rare, valuable vehicles and they strait up lied to me, refused my money and took them.

If the stated goal of this organization is to achieve 5 star customer service, they are losing the battle in a big way these days. This was made abundantly clear yesterday when I tried to call a local number for my location and was re-directed to a central phone answering service. This was not after hours. I asked to be directed to my location so I could speak directly with Angela but instead got put in an automated phone queue where I had to answer questions to properly direct my call only to have have the call get lost in an endless loop, unable to connect. Frustrating. Customers want to have direct contact with the folks who are on site and custodians of their goods. When I deal directly with Angela, I always get 5 star service.

Over priced, forced to pay for insurance, 1 person allowed in office and there is room for more than 1
