The storage units were very clean and I feel safer knowing it is harder for someone to get into the yard and out of the yard, and the prices are decent. Highly recommend ?

This business offers incentives for 5-star reviews on their website page, so the ratings can’t be trusted. Their “first month free” offer is misleading. They are rude and unprofessional, refusing to prorate rent if notice is given just a few days late, forcing people to pay an entire extra month instead of being able to pay the two weeks they require. An employee was dismissive and rude to someone on ODSP, saying “I don’t care” and hanging up. I’ve worked in customer service, and this behavior is unacceptable. I recommend finding a storage unit with better business practices.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
