I wanted to get a unit but before I could they walked me around, showed me value in being on the main floor, let me visually see the unit for size and showed me how to use the bay doors and whatnot. While that sounds simple, it would have been easier for them if they just sat their and took my money. They knew I was going to sign up. They didn't though.
