Although the moving wasn't easy as it was not intented and weather was nasty, arlene was very patient to call us and understand the situation we are in.

They have one phone number online, a different one on their big sign in front of their gate, and yet another different one on their gate. Tried calling all three of them, they all have the automated recordings on them. Didn’t matter what I pressed, couldn’t get a human on the phone. Not impressed.

I have still not received the email containing the rent agreement, insurance details, or methods and dates to make payments by. This electronic survey lastly asks me to check the box to agree with the terms of service and I've yet to have them even shown to me.

I signed up as a 1st time storage unit user. My payment online was the 1st issue. It processed but flagged that it did not go through. Checked my C.C app & it was posted. Called to verify that and details to my rental, my unit, addy. I asked if my copy of a rental agreement would be emailed. Confirmed it would be never did receive any agreement. My 1st email was 1.5months after sign up with new charges applied to my rental. How fitting, without my copy, my payment schedule date I am left to assume how can I figure that this is even fair or valid. Considering it was near the middle of month I began my unit rental. Now near 2 wks before the anniversary sign up date, as what their web site claims 1st payment after my initial 1st month free & 2nd month payment is how one signs up. From the moment after sign up, going through the constant calling at every step since not a single agent informed me of steps that would be block/hold up/ impede my progress (cost 1.5hrs xtra billed by my movers) from the passcode (24hrs until working) , the temp passcode never worked, the code for the company lock on the unit, I had to clean the storage unit full of dirt on the floor, and more. At every constant next move by not being informed on that initial phone call after signing up through their website, shared I had not ever used a storage unit or familiar with Mini Mall Storage. Then would be the proper moment to inform your new customer but not even at any next 9 more call backs to customer service or company employee took the initiative to relay what I will be facing next from what part O was at. After the 3rd call my impatience and stress of it all was beyond every past experience I have ever encountered. I do not recommend this particular storage company unless you really desire a stress/patience that will challenge your known experience!

Storage units themselves were great. I liked the 24/7 access, the unit was clean, rows are a bit narrow to get a truck and trailer into, but doable. HOWEVER, when I booked online there was a promo for the second month being free (its still on there).. but there is no indication as to which units this applied to, or at least it didn't when I was booking from my phone. I was given 0 information after I booked, aside from which unit number and the locker combo. I wasn't even given my access code for the gate until I called asking about it. Also, you apparently have to give 10 days notice to cancel. However, this policy is nowhere to be seen on the site or in the terms and conditions.. so how is someone supposed to know? I now have to pay for a month of storage that wasn't actually needed. And no answers as to where I could have found out this information ahead of time in order to cancel and not have to pay. Will not be a return customer

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
