This company advertised 1 amount for the size unit I wanted. When I got there it was nearly double what was advertised. They tried to charge me a months insurance every week. I just got a new bill for nearly triple what I was quoted because I had to keep calling them to fix the problems they created. I have had nothing but problems from this company over something as easy as renting me a storage building. Let me remind you they are doing this during the worst disaster the area has seen. They are crooks or simply don't know what they are doing. Either way there are much better places to rent in johnson city Reply : I spent 2 weeks trying to get this straightened out and you charged me extra for getting help..go sit down!! I'll be in there in the next couple days to let you rob me to get my stuff back.. you're thieves you don't take accountability for anything and your business is awful you're not going to make it. I initially started with the original owners. At that point I thought the cost was reasonable. However, once Mini Mall Storage took over, I felt the costs were unreasonable. Also the fact that my unit was almost stolen from me by someone cutting my own lock and putting their lock on my unit left me very unsure about the security of the units. Never heard of that happening before Mini Mall took over. I retired so I had to reduce my monthly expenses so one of my 2 bedrooms is now my Storage room. I feel I removed my stuff just in time. Because I might have lost it all due to lack of security!!!

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
