I have been with them now for over a year they notify me on time they send me my receipts on time everything's good the only thing that I would fix is there's one email that always confuses you each month they need to do away with that one make sure you pay your bill on time it's confusing because it comes shortly after or before the letter of the notification or as soon as you know it's about to be withdrawn I mean I understand if I drove all the way up there to pay it but it automatically comes out so it's confusing! But it's a good place to store your items and for a good price!

Got this storage parking space a couple months ago for a truck that I bought when I needed somewhere to store it. Went today to make sure it had enough antifreeze to keep it from freezing. My access code didn’t work. I called figuring that it would be an easy fix and was told that I have to drive to Jonesboro during the week to show them my ID to get access. Hopefully it doesn’t get a little colder than predicted tonight. Update. I talked to a very nice lady who was very thorough in fixing my code and explaining what went wrong. I have yet to make sure that it works but i believe that it will.

Fair & Very Reasonable rates. Nice & Secure facility. Not like newer facilities (tarred/graveled ground & roadways and fresh paint in attractive color combinations and new building material finishes) offering "Fancy" appearance but the critical factors are provided so who cares, eh, right? RIGHT! Location has excellent potential for updated refreshed look but current appearance isn't bad or tawdry by any means. Frankly, whn it comes to storage it's a must to have superb security & cleanliness at affordable rates! Thank you 24 Hr Self Storage for all your help!

We had items stolen. Had to constantly call them to get them to check the cameras. By the time they did they stated too much time had passed and the cameras don’t go back that far. They did not care. Showed no effort what so ever. The gate is wide open because it’s broken quite often and an employee there told me that the cameras are fake. Wrote to their corporate office, maybe they will care about how their company is being run. Response to the Owner who wrote a response to my review but didn’t bother to call us when this happened. Yes, your employees talked to us several times because we had to call your employees because they promised to get back to us but NEVER once called us back! Your employee Told me that it was too late to see who took the boards because your employees waited so long to check the cameras. It was also one of your employees that told me some of the cameras are just for looks. They don’t work he said. You would think as an owner you would care that your employees are providing good timely customer care and maybe you might even try to provide it yourself.

A 5×5 is about the size of a walk in closet. While it’s small enough to easily manage household clutter, seasonal decor, and boxes, it’s also great for appliances, small furniture, and odd shapes like camping gear or sports equipment. Think of it like a walk-in closet that isn’t attached to your bedroom.

To rent a storage unit with Mini Mall Storage, you’ll need a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID.

We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
