The nice man I spoke with made my move in process so easy. Happy with unit i rented and the security of the facility. Everything is clean, and everything works. Happy they offered insurance and locks as well. I feel my belongings are safe here. UPDATE One year later...i moved my things out of storage and everything was in the same shape I left it in! No bugs, easy access, no water issues, friendly staff. If you need storage, this is a great place!

Very nice folks. We stored some of our belongings in the Greeneville facility while we rented a small house and looked for a home to buy. There were no climate-controlled containers available at the time, so we rented a 10' by 15' and never had any problems. The Greeneville facility is 'unmanned' but there is a kiosk there and security cameras. I would definitely recommend this facility. It is clean, secure and the folks in charge could not be any nicer or more helpful.

I stored my belongings for 9 months in climate control. I didn't have time to check in on my unit like I would have preferred, but when I went to empty it everything was just as I left it. Perfect condition! Definitely recommend. They always answer the phone and are very helpful.

I needed a storage shed at 10pm on a Sunday night. I called, they answered, set me up right away and were very nice about it. the shed was dry, clean and safe and they have been the easiest, most pleasant storage company I have every dealt with. If I need them again I will use them and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This facility is now under new management. The new management has upped the rent; charged us for insurance when our file clearly showed we already had insurance; started charging ridiculous fees for payments, management, carbon, & facility just to pad the bill. There are better places to store your stuff. Don't give these people your money.

This was a mistake. I've set up auto pay three times in the two years I have been a customer. It never works...they love late fees...and don't expect any respect when you call. They'll play the "there's nothing I can do,"card. Everytime. Unless you personally know the owner, I'd go elsewhere.

Let me help the next person save their TIME and MONEY and trust me if you need black and white I can send that right over, but this is absolutely NOT a safe and secure place to store anything and unless you got lots of extra money in bank that you just wanted to throw away then this place is not a good option. They will get you at first with their first month is free bull**** and that's only so you don't see them coming from the backside and I mean they charge you for this and that and then this paper fee and that processing fee and this carbon fee, facility fee, and on and on(NOTE: but you will not see any late fees or anything to that on these invoice that go from $230 to $500 in less than 24hrs and save your time calling because they just tell you that they are not sure as they can only see what's due not a break down of what the charges are????) Then if you fall in hard spot, it would be in best interest to go ahead and let them auction your unit off and you just have someone bidding for you that day because this option will save you at minimum $250. As you will get an email one day that says this amount is due and literally they're is 13 seperate fees on this invoice and not even 24hrs later you get another email(maybe/ sometimes less than 24hrs later) that says you owe them double the amount that it was less than 24hrs ago. As in top of the industry security that is completely a lie as you may see cameras inside and out but if you actually look they have these cameras pointing towards the units that have their belongings in them and not anywhere else. Also now they are adding on additional insurance fees no matter what you may or may not already have, I guess that goes with all those unannounced and disclosed units that got broken into and at some locations it was even their own stuff from my understandings. Just know unless you got money to allow someone to take from you then RUN AS FAR AWAY as possible....I have the invoice to back this up and if your late for some reason they find it necessary to cut your lock off completely and put theirs on... this is even if your a day late or a dollar short and have even spoken with them and lastly they don't just add their lock to yours which I would really think that's normal protocol but not at Mini Mall Storage, it's cut your lock off charge you all these numerous fees that can be detailed visually and put their own lock on the unit. I can't explain how violated this experience will make you feel, as if having to store your personal belongings ain't enough

Well it is like this if you don't mind allowing someone to take advantage of you then sure I would say this is the best place to store your personal belongings, but if your like most and unfortunately need to store things for whatever reason then this is NOT the place you want to do that at. They will publicly post a real good price and yes it is gonna seem better than the others at first but that's just to get you in then they are going to email you with this notice that officially starting your next payment the price goes up and when I say up I mean $74 a month to$123 call me crazy but that seems just a tad bit step of a price hike but like i said moving is stressful enough and unless your moving it to a permanent place you really don't want to have to move it again!! SO TAKE MY ADVICE AND RUN AS HARD AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!! (Not too mention they don't even have the dolly wheels it anything for their customers as the other places do and if you are one day late they are locking you out so there is no access to your belongings). Highly recommend looking into a different storage option!!!!!!!!!
