Climate controlled storage units. That's a huge benefit. The downside? There is no entrance after 10 PM. Personally, that's a crock. I'm not sure why, as a paying customer, I can't enter my unit after 10 PM. Updated review: A few changes were made recently, and it has improved my overall experience at the facility. They have now earned their 5-star review.

The facility speaks for itself! Clean. Easy access. Plenty of room. All the goods! Where are you find the separation in these places is with the management. So my experience with minimall storage didn’t start off as well as I thought it should …had trouble getting a lease and a receipt and etc. etc. etc. 1-800 customer service calls unanswered. But the manager of the facility, Rick was able to alleviate all my worries with just one phone call. He stayed on the line with me and made sure I got all my problems taken care of properly! Top-notch service right when I needed it! It’s easy to build a storage unit and keep it clean not so easy to deal with all the hassles. And when you got hassles, that’s the kind of service you want! Thanks again Rick really appreciate all your help!

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
