My experience with Mini Mall Storage in comparison to the previous Rhino Storage is a mixed bag. Although it can be difficult at times to connect to a representative from Mini Mall, but when you do, they are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Specifically a fellow by the name of Majester. I may have the spelling of his name wrong, but that guy is top notch. I can not say enough about him. The company probably isn't paying him enough. My complaint is two fold. This directly involves the old Rhino management compared to the new, Mini Mall. The late fees are very steep. In my humble opinion, outlandish even. I have been a customer for 5 years easy. From my perspective, it doesn't mean a thing. I'm just a number, B045. As well as a dollar sign. The monthly fee was raised immediately and no option for a military discount, that I'm aware of. Just kinda sucks, in my book. Aside from that, a solid and secure establishment. If I could direct some of my late fees into Majester's pocket, I certainly would. Whoever is in charge over there should as well. Respectful, B045.

I had rented from the company for 5 years. They sold out to minimall. They are the worst company every. They started charging extra fees. They now charge $50 more fees than the actual rent. I have 3 buildings and I am done with them. I am moving everything out by the 1 st of the month. People who rent from them better check those extra fees they charge

We’ve rented units at this site for 2 years and had no issues. Mini Mall recently purchased it from Rhino. Our gate code which has worked for 2 years stopped working. We were enrolled in auto pay with Rhino and now Mini Mall is charging late fees when we were sent emails that auto pay would transfer. Do Not rent a unit at this site. No one answers the phones and no issues are ever resolved. We are leaving this site to store with a local business.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
