Before they switched management it was alright. The gate had been broken for months, you couldn’t access the storage when you needed to for business and no one is ever available there at the office anymore and they NEVER call you back. I have 24 hour access and am paying extra each month to have that access and each time I go after ten the gate says “see management”. I’ve already gotten my employees to clean out their storage units and move it to HURRICANE STORAGE because these people seriously do not know how to run a business. I’ll be cleaning the rest of my units out today and tomorrow! I will also be filing a complaint through the BBB and I will be taking them to court for the money I’ve spent and services I did not receive. I’ve recorded every time the gate hasn’t opened I have what services I’m paying for on the receipt I was given when I first rented the unit out. And recorded phone calls from each time they have failed to call me back! I was spending 1400 a month yes fourtneen hundred at this storage. I have removed all but one storage unit in the past two months! I will be reviewing this online with an audience of 1.4 million people. Thanks

We had a climate controlled unit and our belongings were covered in mouse poop when we went to move our stuff out. The only thing they offered to do was call an exterminator, no refund what so ever for even one month, and we’ve been renting there for 3 years. Insurance was never offered to us when we signed up for the unit. Don’t keep your belongings here unless you want them to be chewed and covered in mouse poop.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
