Tenants can access their units 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM using their personal gate code. 24-hour access is available on select units — ask the office for details.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. All units are rented month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 10 days written notice — there are no long-term contracts or early termination fees.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

You can pay online through your tenant portal, by phone, in person at the office, or set up autopay with a credit card or bank account. Autopay tenants receive a small monthly discount.

What size unit do I need?

A 5x5 fits a closet's worth of items, a 10x10 holds a one-bedroom apartment, and a 10x20 fits a 3-bedroom home. Our team can help you size it right in under a minute — call or stop by.

Are climate-controlled units available?

Yes. Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature between 55-80°F year-round, protecting electronics, wood furniture, documents, and other sensitive items from heat and humidity.

Is the facility secure?

The property is monitored by 24/7 HD video surveillance, perimeter fencing, individually coded gate access, bright LED lighting, and motion sensors on every hallway.

Do I need insurance on my belongings?

Some coverage is required. You can use your existing homeowners or renters policy, or enroll in our affordable in-house protection plan starting at $12/month.

How soon can I move in?

Immediately. Reserve online or by phone, sign your lease electronically, and you can be unloading the same day. Bring a valid government-issued ID and your own lock (or buy one from us).

Booking online was super easy and the website is nice for payment management. The cost did increase a couple times in the last year but they also upgraded all the access doors so that was nice. The ground outside our unit sloped towards the unit instead of away so we had some issues with snow build-up. Sometimes snow would also blow in under our door and ice would form in the corners of the door. It was also slightly inconvenient that the site is no longer accessible 24/7 due to security reasons I think, but we were able to work around it. Last thing is that some areas of the site are well lit but others are not. The couple of times we were there after sundown, we had to bring a flashlight. Overall though, the experience was great, our stuff stayed safe and dry, and moving in and out was quick and painless. We would go here again if we ever need another storage unit.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
