**Updated Review** July 2026 Expensive fees (please read) first class facility and staff! The facility is very nice and the staff is professional which is why I gave them five stars. The company increases rental rates every six to twelve months so please be aware of this. They also include a administrative and a payment processing fee. My rate is currently $78.37 for a 5 x 10 and is being increased by $19.00 and some change after seven months. They also will add their storage insurance if you don't state upfront you have your own. I used my insurance so I was able to by pass theirs, however I have to email proof of insurance every month. October 2025 The facility is clean, spacious and I feel secure even in the evenings. However I was not informed that I was getting a promotional rate. My storage went from $64.84 to $78.37 a month later. This is not a great increase however, I wasn't told the truth. If I am incorrect I can admit that however I don't believe I am. **Original Review** Katerina was top notch! No games, straight answers, professional just like I prefer. Great service!
