Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. All units are rented month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 10 days written notice — there are no long-term contracts or early termination fees.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

You can pay online through your tenant portal, by phone, in person at the office, or set up autopay with a credit card or bank account. Autopay tenants receive a small monthly discount.

What size unit do I need?

This location recently added Uhaul cargo van rental to the services they provide. Therefore, the review is based on my experience renting the Uhaul cargo van. (1) The staff and Uhual Area Manager are very friendly, patient, and professional, especially Ro. She made sure the process went smooth. (2) Pick up and drop off was easy due to the distance of location to my home. (3) The van is new and clean. Note: I had an unpleasant experience the first time I went to pick up the cargo van. There was an e-Alert issue that Uhual linked to my name/account because of the person I added as an alternate contact. The alternate contact cannot be bypassed; it is mandatory. After that horrible experience, the staff and I learned that according to Uhual company policy, if the person you add as an alternate contact has an overdue balance with Uhaul, you are automatically linked to that individuals account and added to their e-Alert list, which prevents you from renting a vehicle. In order to be removed from the e-Alert list, Uhaul expects you or the individual to pay the balance.... guilty by association. ***A hot mess***. I didn't remove a star because the e-Alert issue was out of Mini Mall Storage control and they handled it professionally. I agree with the other reviews about the Mini Mall Storage cleanliness. It's gated and tucked away. I've driven by for years not knowing there was a storage gem nearby.
