On the other hand, Josh the manager returned my calls promptly, patiently and clearly answered all my questions, provided solutions to my needs and was overall easy and great to work with. Highly recommend!

It was new, clean, very well maintained, safe, convenient ... 4 years ago I considered myself blessed to find this storage facility on very short notice. It was new, clean, very well maintained, safe, convenient and priced right for my needs. All still true, even after the ownership switched hands shortly after I loaded up my unit and prices slowly nudged up. (True everywhere) Whenever I drive by other storage facilities I think about how lucky I am to have found THIS place. I still stop by to visit all my "stuff", retrieving things as needed...I always feel completely safe. Hoping I will have my own haven one day soon, a home for it all, but until I do, its really good to know that Mini Mall is keeping watch! The manager, Josh, recently reached out to me about a question I had and he was so kind, so helpful. I was really impressed. So hard to find that level of urgency and service from any business... Way Grateful! Thank You Josh!
