The new office manager at MINIMALL STORAGE (who cashes your checks promptly nowadays!!!!!!! compared to how the old staff used to let them lay around ... The new office manager at MINIMALL STORAGE (who cashes your checks promptly nowadays!!!!!!! compared to how the old staff used to let them lay around seemingly forever) is named Jeanie And SHE'S a KEEPER!! Jeanie seems to be eager to help out with questions and to keep our payment records straight, and is always ready to helpfully problem solve with such a pleasant attitude and voice the whole time. Jeanie is a BIG customer service improvement for MINIMALL! Jeanie is super to work with on the project we've had to deal with since the Belpre post office dropped the ball big time in July. Jeanie keeps me up to date as well as takes the call when I give her the latest progress to keep her up to date on things which is much appreciated because sometimes it's hard to find the same person or know that things aren't just dropping through the cracks like they used to. She is super pleasant and upbeat to work with which really is half the way there when you've got stuff you got to get done. She seems to be right on the ball and on top of everything that's going on there!!!! Jeannie seems to be really dedicated to doing a great job and getting all the checks deposited ASAP almost immediately as well as heading off any kind of issues very proactively. She seems really really really motivated at work! You don't find very many employees like that nowadays!!! I hope management or whoever is higher up is noticing the energy and enthusiasm she's bringing to her job. As a customer I'm noticing it and it's a breath of fresh air. Now I feel like recommending MINIMALL to people 😃!!! because I think things are going to go better and better for the business and for us storage shed renters now that Jeanie is on the job there In the customer service and office part of it. The nice new doors / new locks/improvements at the storage sheds are also a wonderful happening so thank you MINIMALL for all your improvements in both facilities and personnel lately!!!! And thank you Jeannie for be in the upbeat responsible hardworking person you are.

Be careful and if you rent call the office directly. Those other places will lie to you just to get you to rent a unit.
