No less than a day after reserving did I get a call from the site manager Rick, who is awesome. He didn't just go through what I reserved but talk to me about what I was needing to ensure that I was getting what was needed. He also talked me through both locations and every little thing that was needed to finish reserving that left me not questioning what to do when I go to move in. Truly he was great. 10/10
