Darren the manager is very professional in handling all of my business. I have 2 units and a parking spot. I use these for my business and Darren had helped me navigate many situations out of my control. For example, he cleared snow for me that was blocking in my trailer in it's storage location and I needed it cleared quickly. He actually took care of 2 customers he closed a deal on to rent to them before he took care of the snow. Truly a great asset for this storage company. I hope he is well compensated for his work. I always see him running around at any given point during the day working on the property and taking care of it while he has a sign on the door letting customers know where is. Amazing manager!
