In February 2025 I needed a storage unit at very short notice. When I called the 1-800 number I was helped by a very nice ... In February 2025 I needed a storage unit at very short notice. When I called the 1-800 number I was helped by a very nice young lady (wish I could remember her name). She was very helpful and thorough with her instructions about accessing the yard and my unit. It was winter so she even suggested that I take a shovel and ice-melt with me because she knew there could be ice/snow around the door. The yard was plowed and there was some ice in the lane but we salted around the front of my unit and it helped make it safer to access the unit. Basic furnishings from my 1-bedroom apartment fit perfectly in the 10'x10' sized unit (see photo). The yard is surrounded by security fencing. There is a code box to enter AND exit with your private code. ONE THING TO NOTE: Make sure to check your statement every month and watch for increases in rates, fees, etc. Be aware of how long the "new customer deals" are valid for so you aren't blindsided by a big increase in the rates. The doors on some units were changed a few months back and the process was said to be very conscious of the security of your belongings. (See photos) The email notice said that anything that needed to be moved to facilitate the door change would be photographed and returned to it's place. I live in a different city so the keys for the new temporary lock were mailed to me -- I had the option to pick them up. When I was able to go check on the unit recently I was very happy to see that only a few small things were moved and everything was safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place.
