We recently rented an RV parking space from Daniel and Tim at MiniMall Storage. Daniel actually called me back after listening to an inquiry call I'd made a couple days prior. He talked me through the details of renting with their company, and based on his customer service, I decided to rent with them. When I arrived to do move-in paperwork, Tim and Daniel were there to walk me through the process. Tim was brand new and learning the system but was super helpful showing us the space and explaining the gate operation. Daniel was also incredibly helpful and walked us through all the paperwork which made the whole process a breeze. Overall, the facility is very nice and I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel, Tim, and MiniMall Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility in Lookout Valley!
