Tenants can access their units 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM using their personal gate code. 24-hour access is available on select units — ask the office for details.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. All units are rented month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 10 days written notice — there are no long-term contracts or early termination fees.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

You can pay online through your tenant portal, by phone, in person at the office, or set up autopay with a credit card or bank account. Autopay tenants receive a small monthly discount.

What size unit do I need?

A 5x5 fits a closet's worth of items, a 10x10 holds a one-bedroom apartment, and a 10x20 fits a 3-bedroom home. Our team can help you size it right in under a minute — call or stop by.

Are climate-controlled units available?

Yes. Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature between 55-80°F year-round, protecting electronics, wood furniture, documents, and other sensitive items from heat and humidity.

Is the facility secure?

The property is monitored by 24/7 HD video surveillance, perimeter fencing, individually coded gate access, bright LED lighting, and motion sensors on every hallway.

Do I need insurance on my belongings?

Some coverage is required. You can use your existing homeowners or renters policy, or enroll in our affordable in-house protection plan starting at $12/month.

How soon can I move in?

Immediately. Reserve online or by phone, sign your lease electronically, and you can be unloading the same day. Bring a valid government-issued ID and your own lock (or buy one from us).

Do you provide moving supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, furniture pads, and disc locks at the front office at competitive prices — no need to make an extra stop.

Can I store a vehicle, RV, or boat?

This has been one of my best experiences. The place I stopped to before wouldn’t listen to me and tried to sell me the highest dollar one they had which was wayyyyy to big. Came to mini mall and was greeted very professional by Doug. He showed me 3 units in 3 sizes. I explained to him what I was needing to store and he showed me the best ones that would fit my need. The other place acted like it was the biggest hassle but Mr Doug had a smile on his face the whole time. I took pictures and got prices which was WAY more affordable. I just need to talk to my husband and show him pics so we can make a decision. But we will definitely be back. The property also seems top notch secured which Mr Doug explained they never have any issues out here which put my heart and mind even more. Dug was amazing. My daughter moved here from Savanah and I’ve never had a process more smoother than this experience! This man knows what he’s doing. I know a few more that want to migrate this way.
