This has been one of my best experiences. The place I stopped to before wouldn’t listen to me and tried to sell me the highest dollar one they had which was wayyyyy to big. Came to mini mall and was greeted very professional by Doug. He showed me 3 units in 3 sizes. I explained to him what I was needing to store and he showed me the best ones that would fit my need. The other place acted like it was the biggest hassle but Mr Doug had a smile on his face the whole time. I took pictures and got prices which was WAY more affordable. I just need to talk to my husband and show him pics so we can make a decision. But we will definitely be back. The property also seems top notch secured which Mr Doug explained they never have any issues out here which put my heart and mind even more. Doug I hope you see this and I want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart. It’s so heartwarming to see people in this world that still has a heart and cares about other people.

Came in last week ready the unit I spoke with Doug. He was amazing very friendly. I did need some supplies that they did not offer the store. He told me where I could get them for And one I didn’t understand how to put together, and he took the time to help me. I’ve never met anyone go out of their way for someone like me in my life you can tell he truly cares about his customers.

Y’all will definitely have my reference. So my daughter was going to get into her storage building and Ashley was going to unlock her lock. The key broke. Doug was way more than helpful. He helped her cutter lock and then helped her get a new lock installed. I’ve never seen an employee go above and beyond the way this gentlemen has Family. We will forever be grateful.

I have been using mini mall storage for a few months now and have to say it is an amazing facility. Yesterday I talked to Chris the on-site specialist about upgrading to a larger unit and he made the transition seamless. The security at the facility is also top notch, I never worry about the protection of my items.
