My father recently visited Mini Mall Storage looking for a parking spot, and he had an excellent experience. The two young ladies who assisted him were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to show him the available parking spaces, answer all of his questions, and made him feel comfortable throughout the process. He was able to choose the exact parking spot he wanted, and while touring the property, he was very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything looked. The outstanding customer service and welcoming atmosphere really stood out to him. He also inquired about larger parking spaces for future use, and having those options conveniently located near his current spot was a huge plus. In fact, after storing elsewhere for years, he has decided to give notice at his current facility and move his storage needs to Mini Mall Storage. A 5×5 storage unit is about the size of a walk-in closet. While it’s small enough to easily manage household clutter, seasonal decor, and boxes, it’s also great for appliances, small furniture, and items like camping gear or sports equipment. Think of it as a walk-in closet that isn’t attached to your bedroom.

To rent a storage unit with Mini Mall Storage, you’ll need a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID.

We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive directly up to their unit for easy loading and unloading. This is especially useful for transporting large items. These units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor, so you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
