I’ve had a storage unit at Mini-Mall Storage for around five years. It has changed ownership, but there have only been improvements. It’s climate-controlled, so I can store everything there with confidence that there will be no weather-related problems. Everything in my unit, from antiques to books, look the way they did five years ago. It’s easy to access, and quite secure. Most importantly, any time I have needed to interact with someone in the office (Jeremy was especially helpful, but all people have been), it’s been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Mini Mall Storage!

I think Mini Mall did excellent the website was really easy to use and navigate. I did stop in one day for a lock and ... The only problem I had was setting up account to manage everything was a nightmare I think because they were having sever issues that day.

When I first accessed my unit the staff went as far as highlighting and labeling a detailed map for me so I knew exactly where I was going. The staff has been quick to respond to any questions and provided assistance in a timely manner. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone for safe storage!
