The company is very exacting with regard to protecting contents by offering the option of either purchasing an insurance policy (through them) or allowing you to use "your own" homeowner's policy (which will cover you if it includes "off premises" contents). In summary, it's a very user-friendly operation and the company's owner obviously takes great pride in the entire service, which includes several strategically placed facilities in the Kanawha County, West Virginia area.
