Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. All units are rented month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 10 days written notice — there are no long-term contracts or early termination fees.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

You can pay online through your tenant portal, by phone, in person at the office, or set up autopay with a credit card or bank account. Autopay tenants receive a small monthly discount.

What size unit do I need?

A 5x5 fits a closet's worth of items, a 10x10 holds a one-bedroom apartment, and a 10x20 fits a 3-bedroom home. Our team can help you size it right in under a minute — call or stop by.

Are climate-controlled units available?

Yes. Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature between 55-80°F year-round, protecting electronics, wood furniture, documents, and other sensitive items from heat and humidity.

Is the facility secure?

The property is monitored by 24/7 HD video surveillance, perimeter fencing, individually coded gate access, bright LED lighting, and motion sensors on every hallway.

Do I need insurance on my belongings?

Some coverage is required. You can use your existing homeowners or renters policy, or enroll in our affordable in-house protection plan starting at $12/month.

How soon can I move in?

Immediately. Reserve online or by phone, sign your lease electronically, and you can be unloading the same day. Bring a valid government-issued ID and your own lock (or buy one from us).

Do you provide moving supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, furniture pads, and disc locks at the front office at competitive prices — no need to make an extra stop.

I had a fantastic experience with Mini Mall Storage! The facility itself is spotlessly clean, the location is incredibly convenient, and the overall setup is great. But what really sets this place apart is the outstanding staff—specifically Nisa. Because I was going to be away on Monday, my only option was to move in on Sunday, a day the facility is actually closed. To make sure I was prepared, I dropped by on Saturday to get the lay of the land. Nisa was incredibly helpful; he showed me around the property and even gave me his contact number just in case I ran into any issues the next day. As luck would have it, I did hit a small snag during my move-in on Sunday. I called Nisa, and he literally showed up on his day off to help me resolve it. I wanted to take a moment to share a truly exceptional experience I had with Mini Mall Storage. I was originally a tenant with Extra Space, and my tenancy was recently transferred over when Mini Mall took over the location. Transitions like this can be a bit nerve wracking, and I unfortunately hit a snag when I discovered my unit wasn’t showing in my account. I was incredibly emotional and overwhelmed, terrified that my unit or its contents might have been compromised or lost during the paperwork error as my whole life is in that unit. I was lucky enough to speak with Nisa, and I honestly cannot give them enough props. From the very first call, Nisa was incredibly empathetic and recognized how much this was affecting me. To ease my mind immediately, Nisa actually walked out to my unit personally to verify that it was still there, untouched, and secure. That extra effort to physically check on my things while I was on the phone made such a huge difference in calming my nerves. Beyond that, Nisa explained that I had been incorrectly marked as 'moved out' in the system and took total ownership of the clerical error even though they weren’t responsible, coordinating directly with the regional manager to get me back into the system correctly. It is rare to find someone who combines this level of professional problem solving with genuine human kindness. Nisa went above and beyond to turn a high stress situation into a positive one.
