KatieWe were full time travelers and needed a place to secure our possessions for an extended period of time. We chose this one because of location and it was indoors. We rented for 8 years and 3 months. We just moved out because we bought a place out of state. We were very happy with the quality of the building, never a bug, not even a cobweb. It’s exceptionally clean. The staff appears frequently walking around checking the halls and cleaning any debris that may come in through the sliding doors or on items stored. Thank you again for your service and keeping our things safe and clean. This is an edit of my previous review. We are disappointed we still have not received our refund as our contract and your own accounting shows. We aren’t getting emails or phone calls returned from corporate in Alberta. They asked for documents which we provided and still no return communication. If you need a responsive customer service they do not have one. The folks at the sites are not allowed any access to information nor can they refund $. Glad we left when we did. I am afraid this could have been worse for my possessions under this new ownership.
