I relocated to SC from MA. I had 3 storage units at your competitor. I still needed more space. The price of a larger climate ... I relocated to SC from MA. I had 3 storage units at your competitor. I still needed more space. The price of a larger climate controlled unit was ridiculous. Mini Mall had a nice new facility in Little River. Kevin, who manages 3 facilities, hooked me up with 2 units that were larger than what I had at the other site. Needless to say, I moved the contents from the other place to Mini Mall in Little River. 2 thumbs up for Kevin.

I found myself in need of another storage unit, so I called Mini Mall Storage once more. I have to admit, I was quite impressed ... He met me at the site to show me the property and the unit I was looking at, and he was incredibly professional. The place is very tidy and gated, with access available 24/7. I definitely recommend it!

WOW! They were very helpful when I rented the unit. BUT I was blown away today by the customer service. Late this afternoon I went ... WOW! They were very helpful when I rented the unit. BUT I was blown away today by the customer service. Late this afternoon I went to my unit and had an issue with my unit...no one's fault. So I called. They immediately offered to move to another unit and it was a better unit & worked with me on the pricing. I didn't have to ask or argue. They made the offer. Stayed on the phone with me getting the codes switched and sending out the paperwork. You just don't see customer service this accommodating much anymore. Also having a cart available to move my stuff was a big help. And this is the first place I have ever rented at that had a bathroom available that is not in the office. I have never had a problem reaching them by phone. I also think the prices are reasonable. I have a unit with another company & the prices are outrageous. As soon as I can I'm going to try to move my other unit to Mini Mall Storage. Thank you again for being so accommodating today! I highly recommend you!

Clean, well organized storage. I like that they keep the temperature very comfortable (not all climate controlled spaces keep the climate this comfortably). ... Clean, well organized storage. I like that they keep the temperature very comfortable (not all climate controlled spaces keep the climate this comfortably). I also like the 24 hour access. The staff are exteremely helpful. The restroom is a great advantage (my last unit did not have a generally accessible restroom except in the office which was usually closed). Room for improvement: there is only one cart on site and the entrances don't have a smooth ramp so it's very difficult to get that cart into the building expecially if you have something heavy on it. I bring my own trolly, so this works for me perfectly.
