Michael McCloudI relocated to SC from MA. I had 3 storage units at your competitor. I still needed more space. The price of a larger climate controlled unit was ridiculous. Mini Mall had a nice new facility in Little River. Kevin, who manages 3 facilities, hooked me up with 2 units that were larger than what I had at the other site. Needless to say, I moved the contents from the other place to Mini Mall in Little River. 2 thumbs up for Kevin.

Climate-Controlled and Drive-Up Storage in Little River
South Carolina’s heat and humidity can make climate-controlled storage especially useful for certain belongings. Our Little River facility offers climate-controlled units that maintain a more consistent temperature throughout the year. These units can be a good choice for items such as electronics, wooden furniture, documents, photographs, clothing, and other belongings that may be sensitive to major temperature changes.
For belongings that do not require climate control, drive-up storage is another convenient option. With a drive-up unit, you can pull your vehicle directly up to the door and move items between your car, truck, or trailer and your storage space. This can make a big difference when you’re moving furniture, appliances, heavy boxes, equipment, or larger loads.
Our Little River facility offers units in a range of sizes, including options such as 5×5, 5×10, 10×10, 10×15, and larger spaces. Whether you need room for just a few seasonal items or enough space for the contents of a home or business, there are options to fit a variety of storage needs.
Features of Self Storage Units in Little River
At Mini Mall Storage, we aim to make storing your belongings straightforward from move-in day onward. Our U.S. 17 facility offers several features designed around convenience, flexibility, and security.

Month-to-month leasing gives you flexibility if you don’t know exactly how long you’ll need your unit. You can also manage payments through the online tenant portal, pay by phone or in person, or set up autopay for added convenience.
Not sure which storage unit size to choose? A smaller 5×5 unit can work well for boxes and closet-sized loads, while a 10×10 can accommodate belongings from around a one-bedroom apartment. Larger units offer more room for household moves, renovations, and commercial storage needs. Our storage unit size guide can also help you compare your options.
