Due to circumstance changes at the beginning of COVID, I unfortunately had my items in storage for a few years and just fiiiinally got the unit emptied out. Along the way, I had to bump my unit size up. Mini Mall was great with finding me a larger unit in close proximity to my first one, made moving in and out a breeze, and were very quick to respond to any emails I sent over the last few years. The units were always very clean and I was lucky to have one immediately under the security camera so never concerned about the safety of my belongings. I hope to never need to use long term storage again, but if I do, I will absolutely use Mini Mall again.
