Tenants can access their units 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM using their personal gate code. 24-hour access is available on select units — ask the office for details.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. All units are rented month-to-month. You can move out anytime with 10 days written notice — there are no long-term contracts or early termination fees.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

You can pay online through your tenant portal, by phone, in person at the office, or set up autopay with a credit card or bank account. Autopay tenants receive a small monthly discount.

What size unit do I need?

A 5x5 fits a closet's worth of items, a 10x10 holds a one-bedroom apartment, and a 10x20 fits a 3-bedroom home. Our team can help you size it right in under a minute — call or stop by.

Are climate-controlled units available?

Yes. Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature between 55-80°F year-round, protecting electronics, wood furniture, documents, and other sensitive items from heat and humidity.

Is the facility secure?

The property is monitored by 24/7 HD video surveillance, perimeter fencing, individually coded gate access, bright LED lighting, and motion sensors on every hallway.

Do I need insurance on my belongings?

Some coverage is required. You can use your existing homeowners or renters policy, or enroll in our affordable in-house protection plan starting at $12/month.

How soon can I move in?

Immediately. Reserve online or by phone, sign your lease electronically, and you can be unloading the same day. Bring a valid government-issued ID and your own lock (or buy one from us).

Do you provide moving supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, furniture pads, and disc locks at the front office at competitive prices — no need to make an extra stop.

I came to Mini Mall Storage initially because it's the closest storage area to my house and..well...the less work for me the better. My intentions were to price around and see what the best deal was, but after talking to Tina in the Mini Mall office I decided not to bother looking any further. Tina was so informative and helpful that knowing I will be able to deal with her in the future was enough of a value-add that I figured the other storage places in town weren't going to measure up no matter how lower they may be priced. Not looking forward to moving a bunch of stuff into a unit, but it's worth it to get my wife off my back about my "hoarding" and the piece of mind knowing when I need another unit that Tina will be there to help me.

While it’s small enough to easily manage household clutter, seasonal decor, and boxes, it’s also great for appliances, small furniture, and items like camping gear or sports equipment. To rent a storage unit with Mini Mall Storage, you’ll need a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID.

We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive directly up to their unit for easy loading and unloading. This is especially useful for transporting large items. These units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor, so you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
