I often visit during nighttime hours and always feel safe, thanks to the well-lit property and 24/7 security cameras. Lindsay is a consummate professional who has always been available to answer my questions. Last year, she was instrumental in helping me sign-up with two new units. Her assistance this year with my recent three-unit agreement renewal was exceptional, making the entire process seamless. Last year, I shopped around and decided that Mini Mall Storage in Blountville was the perfect facility for my storage needs. The pricing is the best. Lindsay was phenomenal! Helped me with all my questions and really cared and helped me decide on what unit would best fit for my situation. She was kind and patient with me even though I had a ton of questions and I'm sure I repeated myself multiple times to understand fully and she was very willing to help. Rented a 10 x 15 climate controlled unit, from Mini Mall Storage facility located in Blountville Tennessee. I reserved online unknowingly through a third party app. **Don't use third party app for this company** the app didn't disclose all fees just said subject to change at each location. I spoke with Jeremy over the phone to finalize and pay for my unit. Jeremy is awesome y'all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!! He was calm, professional, understanding, and reassuring through the whole process. So any time you hear about an unexpected fee especially a recurring fee. You question it... Jeremy was super understanding and listened to me read everything off the web page and email that I had when making my initial reservations. The confirmation email was not sent by the storage company it was sent through from the third party website, I was unaware was third party. Jeremy apologized and said that wasn't right and encouraged me to go to their actual web page, before making a decision to rent from their company. Yes! He totally stayed on the phone with me as I looked them up and he was right the additional fees are mentioned but the amount varies because of discounts that are available. Jeremy let me know how I can benefit from available discounts upfront. I didn't even have to ask or search for them! Jeremy went over all the expenses. Jeremy walked me through the cost of each fee; explained what each one was for also if they were recurring or a one time payment. You have no idea how refreshing it was for me to not have to ask a bunch of questions just to get this quality of information. I also loved that by the time I was ready to pay I fully understood how much I was paying, the total amount and date of recurring payments. I never been so confident doing business with a company that I never worked with before. Also 10 out of 10 stars for security and cleanliness!!! Highly recommend this company 😎👍
