This is the second time dealing with Mini Mall Storage in Richmond. They've been great (i.e., friendly and helpful) with customer service. One small issue with snow at the end of the season... I was unable to get my vehicle out because their plower plowed me in, but luckily it turned out ok (sun came out and melted it) and they didn't charge me for the time I was stuck there.
